Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to unwind and complete our client consultation forms. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. 


Cancellations

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least a 24 hours notice prior to rescheduling or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation.

Services and Prices

As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express®, Discover Card, The Spa House Inc. Gift Cards, and Cash. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or Traveler's checks.

The Spa House, Inc. reserves the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice. 


Returns

At this time all retail sales are final. No returns, exchanges, and/or refunds will be accepted.


Minimum Age Requirements

If a guest is under the age of 18, a signed parental consent form is required in order to proceed with any service(s). Parents or guardians of guests aged 12-16 are required to sit in the room during the duration of the service(s). Parents or guardians of guests aged 16-17 have the option to be in the room for the duration of the service(s). We are unable to perform services on guests under the age of 12.

At The Spa House we strive for excellent service satisfaction! In the rare event of a dissatisfying experience we will offer full support in correcting our services until the expected result is achieved. Please notify The Spa House within 3 days of the initial service to qualify for a complimentary correctional service.
